Date: 07/31/02 Time 0700 hrs. Location: Buffalo Grove, IL.

Buffalo Grove Police start out their shift with a report of a cement truck rolled over at the intersection of Lake Cook and Milwaukee Roads. 

Witnesses report that the cement truck was traveling s/b Milwaukee ave when it attempted a right turn onto w/b Lake Cook Road and rolled over.

Their investigation revealed that the cement truck was apparently traveling to fast to make the turn and as result, it tipped over.

The truck was fully loaded carrying 8 1/2 yards of cement.
